Manufacturing defects
If you register your glasses at The Nest we cover all manufacturing defects for one year, offering repair, exchange or refund (refund only for the first 6 months). If you do not register them in The Nest we cover them only for 6 months. Continue with the process by writing to our agent who will be very happy to help you at info@karunworld.com. (Refunds are only guaranteed if the purchase was made in one of our own stores)

If the glasses reach the end of their useful life, we encourage our customers to send them back so that we can create new glasses with the material and avoid waste. In return we offer a 25% discount for any new Karün glasses.
